If that’s an honest question (i.e. you actually want to hear my perspective) I’d say I disagree with the premise. There isn’t some arbitrator who gets to decide when a particular division of resources is appropriate and calls it ‘equal’. Rather, equality means that if large number men and and equivalently large number of woman all perform the same level of work then the reward for the work should be roughly evenly distributed between both men and women. That is to say that differences between individual men and women shouldn’t be any larger than differences between any two men or any two women. Regardless of whether you agree with me is what I’ve said clear?
