Dominique Crenn in San Francisco gave a TedX talk a few years back where she explained her time in typical male-dominated kitchens. She believed a collaborative approach to cooking would yield better results and the two Michelin stars of Atelier Crenn (named after her workshop model) agree with her. I haven’t heard a male chef say what she’s been saying until your post and it gives me hope that good chefs are fixing the industry
